Story
Founded during a lunch break by an exhausted and frustrated teacher, Fields of Learning has grown from a small local initiative into a world-wide educational institution. Our journey began with a vision to give opportunities to students to achieve excellence and network with others all around the world. Practical application, hands-on experiences, and discovering the "why" behind the learning has proved time and time again to be among the best learning strategies, yet public schools and other curriculums or live classes fail to allow these chances. Here at Fields of Learning we strive to build a community of lifelong learners who not only have a passion for discovery, but also the leadership skills to collaborate, debate, and work alongside other diverse individuals from other cultures who are also reaching for excellence. This is not your typical lecture style live class with no interaction or another textbook with the same information this is education innovated!

Bio: Kassidy Allred is the visionary founder of Fields of Learning, bringing over 10 years of experience in agriculture to her role. As a certified teacher and current PhD candidate in education, Kassidy is deeply committed to advancing educational practices and fostering student success. She served as an advisor for the National FFA Organization, inspiring the next generation of agricultural leaders. A renowned public speaker, Kassidy has been recognized with numerous academic and teaching awards, reflecting her dedication and excellence in the field. Her leadership and passion continue to drive Fields of Learning towards new heights of educational innovation and impact.

Title: Head of the Welding/Mechanics Department

Bio: Dakota Jones is a highly skilled certified welder and certified welding instructor at Fields of Learning, with a diverse background in both automotive technology and agriculture. With over 10 years of experience in agriculture, Dakota brings a wealth of practical knowledge to his teaching. He is also an accomplished automotive technician and paint specialist, known for his expertise in vehicle repair and customization. Dakota’s comprehensive skill set and dedication to hands-on education make him an invaluable asset to our team, inspiring students to excel in their technical and vocational pursuits.
